Net.Tcp Listener Adapter Service Won't start - wightsupport - 09-06-2016

After performing an in place upgrade from Server 2008 R2 to Server 2012 R2 some services won't start.

The fix is fairly simple.
- Patch the server using Windows Updates. This takes a few goes to get them all.
- Change the disabled Service Net.Tcp Port Sharing Service to Automatic, start it and then start Net.Tcp Listener Adapter.
