Unifi Cloiud Key - Unifi Controller Starting Up - wightsupport - 24-01-2019
There is a known issue with the Unifi Cloud Key, Unifi Controller getting stuck in starting up. This is caused by full logs and is not easily fixable.
The easiest solution is to log into the Cloud Key using PSFTP and copying the backup files off, resetting the key and restoring.
The files will be located in /usr/lib/unifi/data/backup.
PSFTP uses standard command line FTP syntax and can be got from the Putty website
