If you get

Error: Incorrect function. Agent failed to process method {ReFs.SetFileIntegrity}.

The solution is to add a registry entry

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Veeam\Veeam Backup and Replication]
"UseCifsVirtualSynthetic"=dword:00000000
