If you get an error message when trying to export a report to Excel it is a logged in user issues caused by not have the Crystal Reports folder. The following fixes the issue
Close FMS
On the Main SIMS Server, copy C:\Windows\Crystal folder to a shared location
On the logged in profile copy the Crystal folder to C:\Users\%username%\WINDOWS
Open FMS
Close FMS
On the Main SIMS Server, copy C:\Windows\Crystal folder to a shared location
On the logged in profile copy the Crystal folder to C:\Users\%username%\WINDOWS
Open FMS
