Slow SMB Writes
#1
After the in place upgrade there may be slow SMB writes to network shares. This can be caused by a number of issues.

1) - Open up Group Policy Editor, and right-click-and-edit Default Domain Controller Policy. Go to Computer Configuration/Policies/Windows Settings/Security Settings/Local Policies/Security Options, and set Domain member: Digitally encrypt or sign secure channel data (always) and Microsoft network server: Digitally sign communications (always) to Disabled.

2) - Network Adapter Properties.

Under the advanced tab, offloading features that needed to be disabled:
Ipv4 checksum offload
largesend offload V2(ipv4)
largesend offload V2(ipv6)
Vm queues
TCP Checksum offload (ipv4)
TCP checksum offload (ipv6)
Udp checksum offload (ipv4)
Udp checksum offload (ipv6)
