Auto Reboot
#1
The Draytek Vigor 2860 sometimes gets "hung" and requires a reboot. This can happen for many reasons but is invariably fixed by a reboot. Top avoid the issue, it is better set a weekly schedule to reboot the router.

Go to Applications >> Schedule and click the index 1 (or next available) to set the configuration.
- Check the Enable Schedule Setup state.
- Set the Start Date and Start Time. This is when you want the first reboot to happen.
- Set the Duration Time to zero only, otherwise the reboot function won't work.
- As this is a reboot schedule, the Action and Idle Timeout will be ignored and can be left as is.
- Check the Weekdays you want the reboot to occur. Sunday is best.
- Press OK to save.

Go to System Maintenance >> Reboot System >> Auto Reboot Time Schedule
- The number in the box needs to relate to the index set in the schedule.
